PAYMENT OPTIONS
 
ON-SITE PAYMENTS: We accept PAYPAL ONLY (including all Credit Cards). Sorry no eChecks. Payments will be accepted if your ADDRESS (UNITED STATES ONLY) has been CONFIRMED by PAYPAL. New PAYPAL ACCOUNTS can be opened during CHECKOUT.  PLEASE NOTE: All SHIPPING CHARGES are CALCULATED & ADDED during CHECKOUT (see SHIPPING INFORMATION below).
   
TO PLACE AN ON-SITE ORDER: Please click the ADD TO SHOPPING CART button (under the first item you wish to purchase) and follow the instructions as outlined. After LOGGING IN or CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT you will be able to CHECK OUT SECURELY (via PAYPAL) or add additional items to your SHOPPING CART. If you EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS with PAYPAL during checkout CONTACT US BY EMAIL and we will assist you in completing your transaction by return email. TO PLACE AN OFF-SITE ORDER: If you wish to PAY BY MAIL using a CHECK OR MONEY ORDER please CONTACT US BY EMAIL (PAYPAL is always available as a payment method for OFF-SITE ORDERS).  Include your NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS & TELEPHONE NUMBER as well as the ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO PURCHASE and THE SHIPPING METHOD you wish to use (SEE "SHIPPING INFORMATION" BELOW). If all  REQUIRED INFORMATION is provided we will SEND YOU AN INVOICE by return email.
 
All CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS must CLEAR OUR BANK (10 day minimum) prior to shipping.
  
PENNSYLVANIA SALES TAX: All PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS will be subject to the 6%  PENNSYLVANIA SALES TAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). PENNSYLVANIA DEALERS with a valid PA SALES TAX LICENSE (NUMBER) should contact us before making any purchases.
 
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PAYMENTS (regardless of how they are made) must be for the EXACT TOTAL AMOUNT DUE. Payments in any other amount will be returned or rejected and the order will be cancelled.
  

 
SHIPPING INFORMATION
 
All appropriate SHIPPING CHARGES (INCLUDING INSURANCE) will be added to your ON-SITE ORDER during CHECKOUT. When using our SHOPPING CART all shipping calculations are for U.S.P.S. PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL (SIGNATURE REQUIRED). Our recommended mode of shipping for ON-SITE ORDERS is PRIORITY MAIL. EXPRESS MAIL is quite expensive and is recommended only if absolutely necessary! 
 
NORMAL SHIPPING DAYS are TUESDAY & FRIDAY and when PAYPAL is used your order should arrive about seven (7) days from the date of placement. EXPRESS MAIL orders are processed as soon as possible and generally arrive 1-2 days after having been shipped.
 
ALTERNATE SHIPPING OPTIONS
AVAILABLE FOR OFF-SITE ORDERS ONLY (PLEASE SEE ABOVE). 
 
FIRST CLASS PACKAGE (UNINSURED) w/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is available for (small & flat) single items priced at $50.00 or less. 
 
MEDIA MAIL (UNINSURED w/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION) is available for BOOKS priced at $50.00 or less. MEDIA MAIL (INSURED) is available for ALL BOOKS.  MEDIA MAIL can be MUCH SLOWER than PRIORITY or FIRST CLASS MAIL but it is considerably less expensive!
 
PLEASE NOTE: Our NORMAL METHOD OF SHIPPING by PRIORITY MAIL (INSURED) is also available for all OFF-SITE ORDERS.
 
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
 
We REQUIRE  INSURANCE on all OFF-SITE purchases over $50.00.  UNINSURED SHIPPING: INSURANCE is always recommended! We cannot and will not be responsible for any damage or loss if items are shipped uninsured.
 
We ship to UNITED STATES ADDRESSES ONLY!


 
GUARANTEE
 
We attempt to describe each item we sell as completely as possible and guarantee them to be authentic in perpetuum. If the item you buy is not as described we will refund the full purchase price (fees charged for shipping, insurance & credit card use via PayPal are not refundable).
 
You must contact us prior to making any returns. All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped (no alterations, cleaning, or repairs are allowed). Payment for return shipping is your responsibility.
